Salon Policies
Arrival Etiquette
We kindly ask that guests arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth and relaxing start to your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and the cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. However, to respect the time and expertise of our artists, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy.
• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee of the scheduled service.
• No-call / no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may result in restricted future bookings.
All fees must be paid in full prior to booking your next appointment.
